Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I ended up going with Enterprise while my car was in the repair shop, and I had the pleasure of working with Lindsay, the assistant manager. She was absolutely fabulous—so kind, understanding, and genuinely empathetic. She really took the time to listen and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, the experience was phenomenal. I highly recommend working with Lindsay if you ever need a rental vehicle. Thank you so much for everything—I’m very, very pleased with the service!

I have rented with enterprise about 4 times in the last 5 years. First time I ever called, my job supposedly gave discounts and I'd call becak with that code. We'll my job said only Hertz discounts. So I had to sadly call back and left a message telling them I'd be using hertz instead but a Mike at enterprise called me back immediately and told me although they may not have discount codes for employees, his office rents to executives that come in from my company all the time and he is most certainly going to be giving me a super discount! And discount me, he did! SO because of that great service, I've been back 5 times and always get a great vehicle. I'm sure I'll be back

Excellent communication between all parties involved with vehicle rental. Pricing was affordable for an updated/upgraded vehicle. Convenience of them arriving to the collision center to pick me up with the rental.

I’ve rented cars from many different rental places and this is by far the best one of all. Honesdale Enterprise has the kindest staff that is always incredibly helpful. The cars are in good shape and well taken care of every time. Shoutout to Megan - she truly rocks and I’m always happy to work with her!

Pickup was right on time. Super flexible with extending the rental while I waited for my car to get fixed. Super easy to leave the rental at the auto body shop and they picked it up from there. All around great experience. THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE!
