Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We had a wonderful experience with Sarah at the enterprise counter! It was Christmas eve and she was very warm and welcoming. She even offered us festive hand sanitizer. We got through our rental process quickly and were on our way in no time. She is a gem.

Was in desperate need of a ride from enterprise to a destination within 10 miles. I attempted to get an uber for an hour and a half with no luck. This city in rural PA had no taxi service (thanks to Uber) so that wasn’t an option. Approaching closing and desperate I finally got a ride from a customers son. Humiliating and unnecessary. There were more than half a dozen people working that could have given me a ride. Less than one if I could.

Very dissatisfied with Enterprise. My reserved vehicle was a Nissan Rogue. They gave this vehicle to the person 2 ahead of me in line. I was given "what they had left" according to the person at the counter. I ended up with a Volkswagen Jetta. I was going to be traveling and wanted something comfortable for my large passengers. With the Jetta, my grandsons knees were basically in his chin. I was the 5th person in line, and no one was given the vehicle they had reserved. This is extremely poor service on the part of Enterprise!

They did not have ANY vehicles. They did not know when they would get any vehicles. They happily took our online reservation for a vehicle, but when it came time for us to pick up the vehicle, they could only offer apologies and not a vehicle. The company wants your money but can't do proper business to keep customers.

Well this just about sums up my whole trip to Elmira. I went here on a scent I was following and it ended up being a dead end. Nothing to learn about them in this area, they must have went subterranean before I got to speak to them. Enterprise was a decent experience though. I am not sure what the name was of the clerk I was working with but they were helpful in helping me select the appropriate car. I am heading north evermore in search of them.
