Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The personnel are very friendly, efficient and helpful. Wait time was minimal, and I appreciated their door to door service. My only problem was that the windshield was dirty on the inside, which made it difficult to see through in the late afternoon sun. Apart from that I was very happy!

Very unprofessional and unwelcoming staff working at this location. I reserved a vehicle via Enterprise Call Center and I appreciate that they picked me up from my Repair Center location. I was told that Audi Q5/A5 was available for me to pick up from that location or Deer Park location. When I reach there, the vehicle was not available and literally, they only have 1 vehicle available. I was in the situation to take it or leave it. I communicated with the Front Staff, Laura and my experience was not too pleasant and very unwelcoming. Very poor customer service and 0% effort to help to find similar vehicle in other Enterprise location; discouraging with a comment that none of the nearby Enterprise location has any cars available. I have to call myself to different other Enterprise location

I worked with the Enterprise Rental in Huntington Station NY. My car was in the body shop following an accident. Enterprise had someone meet me at the body shop with the rental car which was a huge help. The car I was provided was immaculate, a Toyota Camry Hybrid. It was my first experience with a Hybrid. It was a treat! When my car was ready for pickup at the body shop, I drove there in the rental and left the rental for later pickup by Enterprise. Everyone I dealt with at Enterprise was courteous and professional. I recommend Enterprise and will use this branch office again.
