Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I wouldn't go anywhere else after having a great experience on Dec.18. I always use Enterprise when traveling. It's a great no bs company. My visit this time was above my expectations. I rented due to a car accident this time. They called me to set something up the very next morning. The rental went smoothly from start to end. I just wish you still had pick up service.

Well as usual the AWD vehicle was not available. Which you had a month's notice that I would need an suv. I was issued a mini van. I told the boy at the desk I dont think a mini van or front wheel drive would make it up my drive way. I said I would try it because according to him there were no suv's available. The mini van would not go up my driveway. So I immediately called he said they should have an suv by 10:30am that day. He said he would call me back when it was there. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for him to call me back. Absolutely the worst service.

Very friendly staff. Also, I had a flat while traveling and randomly stopped at a Mavis Tire and Muffler since it was near where I had the flat and was happy to learn Enterprise has a relationship with Mavis so they fixed the flat at no charge to me.

Perfect, Enterprise has always worked with my insurance provider in order to provide me with a vehicle while mine was undergoing repair. Would recommend.

Recently I needed to utilize Enterprise Rent-A-Car, in Indiana, PA. The company associate, Alexis, was friendly and very knowledgeable. I liked the car. I had no issues. I had a good experience with the company. I recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
