Super smooth and fast service. The car was immaculate with no problems. I was picked up at my house and driving the car in a very short time. The return was just as smooth. Returned the car and driven home in a few min. Would highly recomend.

I needed to rent a car for a few days. Little did I know how nice the staff would be. When I got there at 735 this morning Kristen was wiping the snow off of the cars (with a smile) and Gavin helped me at the desk. When I called to extend the car one more day, Kristen was incredibly kind, asked how my day was and was generally super friendly and kind. If you need to rent a car, go to enterprise in Island Park.

Enterprise was very helpful with my rental and gave me a very good price.. This was after labor day was over.. The agents at the Island Park New York office were very informative and showed me how to use the car, .Because I was unfamiliar with that model. An overall, very good experience and no problem Getting an extra day. Highly recommend.

Myself and 4 friends recently rented a car from enterprise island park. We rented a ford escape, the car was clean and in excellent condition. The car was smooth to drive and was spacious considering the amount of equipment we brought to go camping. All the staff were exceptionally kind, caring and chatty. We ran into an issue when renting the car as our licenses were out of state however the staff were very good in helping us overcome this issue. While we waited the staff did not hesitate to offer us water and to sit by the AC as it was an exceptionally hot day. We were all extremely happy with this car rental service and would highly recommend anyone in the the Nassau county area to rent a car here.
