The team at this Enterprise never fails to make sure my trip is comfortable with the right vehicle. They're great about making sure I have everything I need and are willing to adjust if there's anything unsatisfactory. Nate is tremendous and always greets my co-workers and I with a smile each time we arrive. I appreciate how they check in after you return your rental to make sure that your trip was smooth and if there's any ways they can improve. Customer service is top tier. Ithaca Enterprise is always my go-to when I need a rental!

I had a wonderful first time experience renting a car here. In comparison to the Cortland location Ithaca has better cars and better pricing. The customer service was great as well.

I had an amazing experience renting from this location . I went on a birthday roadtrip and wanted a nice suv for the ride up north . They hooked me up with a brand new 25’ Suburban ! It was an absolute beauty and so smooth and powerful on the road . Shane was very informed on the insurance add on and got me on the road in minutes .
