Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I used Enterprise while getting my car repaired. They literally worked hand and hand with my insurance company and Calliber Collision. They even offered a ride when I dropped my car off for repairs. The vehicle was new, clean and had a full tank of gas. I also wanted to add that the young lady who helped me, Chantel Reis was Awesome!

Always a great experience. I rent through enterprise often and ive never had a bad experience. All of the staff there are friendly and amazing. They take care of their clients.

I really like Enterprise. Their rentals are usually a little more expensive than the other companies but their service and reliability are far better. The only reason I took away 1 star was because the last time I tried to use the website, it wouldn't show me the vehicles that were available in my area. Every time I chose a location, I was sent back to select a location. Very frustrating!

RJ Williamson, Gavin McCarty, and Shelby Howard, along with the rest of the team at Enterprise Jackson are amazing. I don't expect great things in Jackson, MI, and I have to say that Enterprise is bringing the A-game. Every now and then, I encounter great establishments in Jackson, and Enterprise is one of them! Thank you for everything you have done for me.

Easy pick up and drop off. Only problem I had was my insurance stopped paying for the rental which I understand is not enterprise fault but neither company notified me until I dropped the car off and they was trying to bill me $600. I got it sorted out with my insurance company but enterprise should have notified me the day they stopped paying for it
