While the car was a little dirty on the outside due to having a power washer on site that was out of order, the car was a delight to drive. Macie in particular was very helpful and advocated for me when I asked for an upgrade. I cannot remember the man's name who approved it, but he was also delightful. Great location and enthusiastic employees. Would definitely rent here again.

The vehicle provided was well below acceptable standards. Additionally, Kathy appeared either unaware of—or indifferent to—the issue that the car did not even include a key fob, making it difficult to unlock and use properly. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with both the quality of the vehicle and the lack of care or interest shown in recommending a suitable option.

I rent through Enterprise all the time and am a Platinum member, with a rental car about half the year, and the Jacksonville Beach location is truly outstanding. The manager, Catherine (Catie), is hands down the best manager I have ever dealt with. She is smart, knowledgeable, and makes every rental experience easy and completely hassle free. I always feel taken care of here. The rest of the team is fantastic as well. The assistant manager is always lovely, the driver is friendly, and everyone goes out of their way to make the process smooth. I can rent from many other companies, but Catie is one of the biggest reasons I choose Enterprise every time. I can’t say enough great things about her and the whole Jacksonville Beach team.

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Jacksonville is great they're very fantastic they help us when we need help they understand us if we have a complaint and they work with us to resolve the situation I would end up using them again in fact we will knowing us we've used them quite a few times before and everything's going great we would recommend this place
