Great workers there! They got me in a rental quickly and even gave me a ride to the car mechanic shop when going to pick up my car. 10/10 experience, much better then the enterprise on Philips Highway. That place was terrible, so i ubered to this one and was helped immediately.

Janaro Jackson was quick and helpful with my most recent rental. I've rented from here a few times and never had any issues with the vehicles. There is an occasional wait for someone to free up but this time Janaro helped me get in and out faster than any other rental place I've used recently.

Has got to be the worse rental experience I’ve ever had. Made a reservation over three months in advance to get the best deal. Arrived at this location they had the wrong email address so I never received a reservation number so I called one week before pickup they said everything was good to go. They said I made the pick up time at noon. But I was there at 8am because I made the pickup time for 9am. They said they did not have the vehicle I reserved on the lot and they could put me in something different. I said no I had reserved the vehicle three months out. Then the manager comes back with they have one at another location 30mins away. stated they are bringing it to them 830 at 9:52 the manager comes to me and says that vehicle as a check engine light on and has to be serviced. This location is very convenient to 295/Baymeadows area. Team there is great and accommodated us perfectly. Had a newer Jeep SUV ready and let us extend without any issue.
