Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a reservation with Enterprise for 9:30 AM on Saturday July 26. I even called ahead to confirm cars were available since I have been burned by rental companies before. I was told everything was fine. When we arrived and checked in, we were asked to wait with no updates or time estimate. After waiting over an hour, we were told we would be driven to another Enterprise location about 25 minutes away because they had cars ready. My group of three was packed into a car with three strangers and sent across town. When we arrived, the manager at the second location said they had no idea we were coming and we would still have to wait. We did not get a car until about 1:30 PM, even though our reservation was for 9:30 AM. When we returned the car on Monday July 28, the manager Manny told us

I got a reservation through my insurance company made sure to take pictures of the car and videos before I drove off I noticed scuff on the driver side mirror cap and it looks like there’s two cracks on the windshield. I went back inside and I spoke about it. They said that I’m good I’m just sending this review with the pictures just to protect myself because you never know. I usually get good cars here. And I’m gonna send the emails of my proof of I received the car with those scuffs and windshield crack so when a time comes and they try to deny it, I’m gonna say I already sent the email stating all of this and I spoke to the people inside before I drove off and they said it was OK. I had a great experience renting from Enterprise. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the pick-up and drop-off process quick and easy. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely use Enterprise again for my future rentals!

Enterprise stole my property. I had two car seats in the vehicle, I have yet to hear back from escalation/investigation team, to see where my car seats are. Or how they plan on making this right or returning my car seats/replacement of items. They gave me a rental with 1/4 tank. Had to deal with so much. A rental is supposed to make your life easier, while your car is being repaired. Instead it cost me more and my property was stolen from the rental vehicle in enterprise hands through their third party towing vendors, which is E and L towing. Horrible towing company very unprofessional and I would not recommend them or enterprise to anyone. All they keep saying is sorry, sorry doesn't help me, or make my property appear.
