Had a great experience with Enterprise from start to finish. Pick-up and drop-off were both super smooth and hassle-free. They gave me a 2023 Ford Expedition Limited Max, and honestly, the car was amazing. It drove really good. spacious, loaded with features, and perfect for a week-long trip to Florida with the family. The ride was super comfortable, even through some pretty rough weather, and the safety features helped a lot in those moments. The moonroof was a nice touch too. Surprisingly great on gas for a full-size SUV ; about $75 to fill up with a 700-mile range. Only knock I have is that it seems like the vehicle was overdue for an oil change. I rented a car from this location about three weeks ago and was immediately greeted with warmth and professionalism by Chad, Shawn, and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch.
