Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This location absolutely sucks. Never answers the phone. Employees didn’t show up, made me late for a business trip by over 4 hrs, and didn’t even have a car. Ended up taking a better upgrade that they didn’t charge me for. Not gonna complain about that (thank you). But come on man… like just get to the store and work. Not getting my rental in the morning when I scheduled it caused a lot of issues for my trip. My hotel reservation had to change, I was late to events. Like damn.. it just added additional stress. Was told on the phone the person running it didn’t come in or answer their phone, after they sent someone there from Rangeline we were told “they got promoted”. What?? After I totaled our car, our insurance contacted the Enterprise company in Joplin/Webb City, MO. I was very pleased with the experience we had. We were able to drive a practically new car for the 10 days allowed by our insurance. Working with Emily was very pleasant and she was able to answer all of my questions. It was an excellent experience after the trauma of totaling our car. I would definitely use this company again in the future

Service at Enterprise was very good, the gal behind the counter was nice and informative. She had a car available for us, unfortunately it was the only vehicle available. Not the staffs fault at all. That's the reason they get a 4 star review. More selection would have been nice, but nothing to complain about since our auto insurance was paying for it. It was a nice eco friendly car with a bit of pep to it. So thank you to the staff at Enterprise for the pleasant experience.

They made the process quick and easy. The car they gave me was nice and served me well while I had it. Drop off was also extremely fast and easy.

Very good experiance. They were very helpful especially with complicated drop off of rental car since there was no one to return me to dealership.
