Enterprise Rent-A-Car

It is so convenient that they are able to pick me up and also allowed me to drop the car off at a different location. My car had broke down and I had to buy a new car. Enterprise pick up and drop off service made this whole experience so much easier for me! I also loved the car I rented - it was like new, very clean and got great gas mileage. The weekly rental cost was also very reasonable.

If I could give zero stars I would. I reserved an SUV which upon arriving I did not get, I told them I needed a midsize because I had two small children that needed car seats. And I was given a Mazda 3, the complete opposite of an suv. I was told I’d be called the next day to try and get me into an suv. I called 4 times and was hung up on all 4 times. I called Avis that same day and was able to get into a brand new telluride for under $50 a day. So I immediately cancelled my enterprise reservation and will not ever use them again.

The staff at the local office were courteous and accommodating. They worked very well with the auto body shop where my car was being fixed. Rental was dropped off for me and picked up at body shop. This was so convenient. The invoice was sent, and deposit returned with no issues. Everything ran smoothly.

I had a great experience at Enterprise in Aberdeen Township, NJ. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful in walking me through my rental options. I really appreciated that there was no pressure to upsell – just honest advice that helped me make the right choice. The car I received was clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly. Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of a smooth and stress-free rental process.

Service was and is great, have been a customer since 2017. Unfortunately not happy!! I Dropped off a vehicle on Sunday the 23rd didn’t realize i left my tag behind and my personal vehicle insurance etc. in the glove compartment, i call Tuesday 25th have been told it’s not here the person must’ve threw it out into a garbage but didn’t think to call the customer to say hey (left it behind). That’s what they should’ve done, although it’s my fault for forgetting it.
