Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The Enterprise Car Rental on Dahlgren Road in King George is outstanding! He’s always going to greet you with a smile and kindness and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect! This guy is the reason I returned to Enterprise when I need a rental.

Josh Morris at Enterprise Rent-A-Car did a great job renting a car to us for a NY trip. The car was clean and it drove well. I felt safe on the 10-hour round trip. The rental experience was organized, easy, and a great overall experience. I highly recommend Enterprise at the King George, Va location.

Staff was polite and very helpful Car was very clean. Wasn't too crazy about the white seats and black carpet. It was a brand new car with less than 6000 miles. Won't be long before those seats are stained

This is the second time I rented a car from here and they were both great vehicles. The service was also great here too!

Service varies depending on who is working the front desk. The last time my car rental extension went smoothly. Granted it was a service agent who was not local to this branch. This time it is taking almost an hour to process what took 15 minutes last time. But every single time the excuse I hear is that, "I'm the only one here." If that is the case, Enterprise, give this branch more people! And don't leave inexperienced people who still need to finish their training, like Richard White. Enterprise set him up for failure because he did not know, nor was prepared for all four of the customers' requests. Including myself. Apparently, this branch has a high turnover rate so they are constantly scrambling to provide varying levels of service. There is only one person working the front desk at
