Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Ben is the reason I’ll come back to this location. I arrived before the office was even open, stressed, short on time, and dealing with a complicated fleet reservation situation. He was welcoming from the moment I walked in, patient with the details, and genuinely good at listening, which sounds like a low bar but isn’t when you’ve dealt with the alternative. Most importantly he was unquestionably competent. He got me into a car quickly and efficiently without making me feel like my situation was an inconvenience. That kind of calm, capable customer service is rare. If this location has any sense they’ll make sure they keep him around.

My mother Dolores rents vehicles for trips back to Long Island. I usually drop her off and I’ve watched this team make sure she gets in and out safely while navigating the snow and ice. They are very kind and effective workers. Enterprise has one heck of a team at this location. Keep up the good work guys.

Was waiting for a truck for over 10 days. Never notified when 1 was available. Instead had to call and was then told there was something available. Was told the truck was being held for us, showed up and was told we couldn't be helped because we didn't have an appointment. Made an "appointment" and was ready to pick up the truck. The truck was so dirty that we couldn't even do the inspection for scratches. Opened the driver door and was told it was vacuumed and sanitized, which my personal truck is cleaner than this truck was. Leo was extremely rude and didn't seem to care. Was also told that there were no full sized SUVs available when the entire lot was full of JEEPS and GMCs that were covered in snow which was from a storm we had Friday and today is Mon. Im not an expert in renti

I recently rented a car during a moment when I needed a great deal of flexibility and customer support. The team at Enterprise Kingston, including Ronin and Leo, were patient and clear in outlining options, and were clearly truly doing their best to make sure my needs were met. I really appreciated this, and expect to now rent only from Enterprise. Thank you.

Great service, friendly employees. I was picked up at the body shop and returned there when the work was completed. They worked with my insurance company and just made everything convenient for me.
