Rental as result of MVA. Although the location is 60 miles from my home, staff made pickup and drop off quick and easy. Staff was friendly and efficient.

I have rented a car 4 times from this location, Kirksville Missouri. Each time the service has been great . I will be renting again.

Due to bad weather coming on my original rental reservation date, I asked the local agency if they could get me a truck a few days earlier. I was told there were no trucks available to make that reservation change. Later that morning a truck arrived at their location and the rep called me immediately and said she now had a truck for me. This was above and beyond service and I was very grateful. I was so worried about having to drive on icy roads, I would have canceled the reservation completely had your rep not cared enough to help me change the date.
