Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This place has absolutely poor service there are no cars available and I got here after dropping off my car for repairs and there is a long wait . There is a lady been here for over 2 hours and I hope I won’t be here that long , how can u have an appointment booking for customers but don’t have any cars even tho there are two other locations in Waldorf. The staff isn’t rude tho thx to Keith my pick up was on time from caliber collision. If u all can make plp late for work or something like this then u should make accommodations for the customers then I was told they took the car to get a oil change and making this lady sit in so disappointed in this laplata location

Absolutely terrible customer service. Had a reservation for a car, no one called to tell me they had no cars available and where to go so I wasted time going to la plata for a compact that insurance paid for and wouldn’t upgrade without me coming out of pocket. Will have to reschedule for another location but can’t get the rental as scheduled today when insurance is supposed to be fixing my car. Will not return or recommend La plata to anyone.

The worst... Reserved my vehicle 3 weeks in advance. They didnt have it or anything comparable. The young man asked me to give him a few minutes, set me to the side to Serve other customers instead of getting me in another vehicle and out. After waiting very patiently for 25 minutes, I questioned him and he stated I reserved my vehicle at another location, which was a lie. It was in fact the La Plata location. Confirmed by my reservation and the Waldorf location once they looked it up. He transfered my reservation unbeknownst to me, wasting my time with him, got me running around the city, when Im set to leave out of town. After he transferred my reservation, he didn't say anything about it, he let me sit there, until I questioned him. A bit of advice, communication is key, and finish up

My experience was great. The office is small, but was never overcrowded. The car was ready on time and very clean. I needed to get to the dealership after dropping the rental car off and Ryan and Kenneth offered to drop me off. That was MUCH appreciated! I thought I was going to need an Uber, so they saved me money. Thanks Ryan for sitting in traffic for us!

Dishonest, Disorganized and Predatory This has been, without question, the worst rental car experience I have ever had. I rented a vehicle from Enterprise in La Plata through another party’s insurance after being involved in a car accident. I was given a Nissan Sentra (a major downgrade from my personal Mercedes-Benz, but I digress). While the rental was in my possession, there was a snowstorm. Ice became lodged in the black plastic undercarriage cover — not mechanical damage, not an accident, not driver negligence. To be proactive, I brought the vehicle to the Enterprise Airport location to switch it out. I was explicitly told this would NOT be pursued as a claim because it was an “act of God.” By Corey.
