Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I just had an excellent rental experience with Tyler at this Enterprise location! He called me the day before my rental started to ensure I received the vehicle I needed for my Christmas trip. Although he didn't have this vehicle on the lot, he did the leg work to get one from another location and I could not have been more pleased with it for our family holiday. The pickup and drop off were quick and effortless. I have rented from John Wayne Airport for decades and will now make this my go to location for any future rentals. Enterprise, I highly recommend you promptly promote Tyler so he can teach and lead others to provide the same excellent customer service. Well done! 👍

The Laguna Niguel Enterprise Rent A Car is well managed and has great cutomer service. We needed a rental due to a car accident . It was a busy holiday weekend . Tyler , Branch Manager understood our needs and did an exceptional job working with us , communicating timely updates and found a car that meet our needs as quickly as possible. Poor communication from company. Reserved a 6-8 seating vehicle to transport family on Christmas Eve to Los Angeles. Late evening before I was to pick it up, I —by chance —happen to check my email. Enterprise had sent me an email to tell me that car was no longer available and whether I would accept a 5 seater instead. That’s it. No call, no text message, not even a follow up email. Since I had rented the car for Christmas Eve to specifically transport 6 family from out of town, Enterprise left me in a very bad bind at the very last minute. Super disappointing that the company seemed simply okay with sending a single email, no follow up, no phone call…and were apparently entirely willing to let me show up on Christmas Eve morning and NOT have a vehicle. Had I not found an alternative

They falsely advertise the cars to trick you into renting. Once you get there, they will tell you that the car you booked is not available. My question is, why don’t you update your advertising? The company’s strategy seems to be that customers won’t leave and will feel forced to pick whatever is available when you get there. Be aware—this is a very dishonest business. On top of that, the staff are not very friendly. No smile or greetings when you walked in.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with a rental car company. I’ve been a Hertz Gold Card member for 40 years but this was above and beyond service. To be able to just leave the rental at the repair shop when my car repair was completed is the best service imaginable. Thank you Enterprise!
