Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Employees are very polite and kind, which is the only good thing about this location. Unfortunately this is probably the worst ran Enterprise location. I use Enterprise often and have Gold Tier status, and this has got to be the worst. My car hasn’t been ready both times I’ve arrived at my reservation time. I reserved a specific car over a week prior to my reservation, so you would expect they would have the car ready or available. They didn’t have my car available and have to look at other enterprise locations for a car I need. Multiple people have to wait 20-30 minutes for their car to be ready, which makes no sense that people have to wait when they have a specific reservation time. Just a poorly ran office and has been disappointing both times I’ve been here.

I got rental through my insurance, so price was a little less than half their direct rate. They are busy, so call to see whats available. Most cars and pick ups are new or fairly new. They don't have vehicles with more than 35K miles. I rented a Chevy Silverado 2025. It had about 25K but it smelled and ran like fresh of the lot. Most vehicles come well equipped. They have good service but you may have to wait as they do have a lot of customers renting and returning the vehicles.

The Enterprise rental representatives were polite, helpful and very informative. I will most definitely rent from them again and again

Enterprise has always come through for me especially when when I most needed it! They are great with customer service and I have not had any major issues with any vehicles! I would definitely recommend Enterprise especially with there commuter program!
