Enterprise Rent-A-Car

After having some problems with my rental from California, I ended up seeking help at this location. Wow! The customer service here is absolutely incredible! When I called in a panic, knowing the location was about to close, the branch manager Claire immediately put me at ease, assuring me that she would help. Although the location was packed with customers, Claire welcomed every person that walked in and stayed well beyond closing to make sure that everyone had what they needed. I cannot express how kind and efficient she was. As for me, I was out the door quickly in a new vehicle, which was an absolute life saver. If you ever find yourself in need of a rental in the Havasu area, do not hesitate to choose this location, and be sure to ask for the branch manager, Claire.

Rented a vehicle in LasVegas and traveled to Lake Havasu. My experience in both locations was exceptional. Not to discount any other employees, but was fortunate to have Claire the manager help us with rental. Excellent in every way. Very professional, detailed in all step. Enterprise needs to give Claire a raise so they don’t loose her.

I experienced concern and customer service at the highest level at Enterprise. I rented from Enterprise Las Vegas and experienced a significant rock hitting my windshield near Havasu City. I stopped in at Enterprise Havasu City near the very end of their busy day see if it was fixable (at my expense) versus total replacement. I was lucky to have met Claire Harsch (the branch manger) who inspected the damage and felt it could be repaired. Unfortunately the glass repair shop was closed for the day. Claire said they had rented out all of their vehicles by day end of a very hectic day. The only one left was her own personal rental vehicle assigned to her… which she then exchanged and rented to me. She said she would get the rick chip fixed herself the next day. There are good management skill

As soon as I arrived, a gentleman walked outside to greet me. He checked in my rental in under 3 min. They even drove me back to my rental so I didn't have to walk. Very smooth, and incredibly nice.

I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise! The whole process was smooth and stress-free, but what really stood out was Claire. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and with a smile. Her professionalism and friendliness made the rental experience so much easier than I expected. Claire is truly amazing—thank you for making my trip that much better! Highly recommend renting here.
