Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent hundreds of cars from Enterprise every year, and this was by far one of the worst experiences. After being given a car at MCO with a nail in the tire and an “oil level low” warning, I came to the Lake Wales branch for a replacement. No cars were ready, and I had to wait 45 minutes just to get another vehicle. The replacement car also had the “oil level low” light on, the bumper was coming loose, and something underneath was dragging (see photos). Staff seemed more focused on answering phones than helping customers standing at the counter. I explained everything to the branch manager, but she didn’t seem to care. Because of the poor service and unsafe vehicles, I lost several days of my vacation. This location was frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable.

The 2 employees in the LW branch went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and helped me at times when it was not a requirement for their job! I highly recommend this branch, especially in today's world! It's almost unheard of not to encounter issues or incompetence in the work place. But not here! They were fabulous!

I rented several cars from Enterprise, both in Lake Wales and Winter Haven. I have nothing but good to say about both locations. The staff has always been extremely polite and helpful, not to mention professional. Both locations have done their absolute best to accommodate me in whatever vehicle I may need it the time. It's not often, but whenever I'm in need to rent a car I always go back to one of these Enterprise locations. Thank you all very much and keep up the good work!

Everything went great at this location easy transaction no problem at all. The price is good. The car was super clean overall definitely above the rest.

Staff is top notch!! Always a smooth rental process when I come to this location. Prices are very competitive. Parking lot is small, but there's plenty of room along the roadway to leave a car while you check in/out.
