Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Levi was absolutely amazing. What a gem Enterprise has in his leadership, customer service, and professionalism. Every step of the way, the entire staff has been impeccable. I always heard the Management Trainee program was top notch, but now I have seen proof behind the reputation. Great job!

The team at Lawrence ks and Ottawa ks locations were very pleasing to do business with. They are Professional, Kind, Fast as possible with getting you in and out and on your way. Also easy to work with and understanding of situations and needs! Will always use Enterprise because of this experience.

These guys are awesome. We reserved a luxury car which it said was a “BMW/Audi or the like” and I swung by 2 days before to see what “or the like” meant and they had a Maserati on the lot so I was thinking “JACKPOT”. We got a really nice Audi that was clean, got great gas mileage and the check-in and check out procedures were very professional. I highly recommend Enterprise rental car and may be back for that Maserati from the “exotic line”. Nice people!!!

The insurance policy they offer is a scam just to rack up money, you will have no communication about charges to your card. They will BS you and one manager will tell you one thing one week and another will tell you completely different the following. You might even show up and them not have a car for you. Honestly I would go else where. We didn’t plan on getting rear ended in the car we own and having to get a rental car in the first place but go elsewhere. Unprofessional and absolutely 0 communication!

They will charge a 10 dollar “service charge” for going on tolls and there’s no way to prevent it due to cashless tolling. They won’t warn you about it and none seems to know anything when you try to call. The fuel level on my car was not full when I got it like other people have said. I do not recommend renting a car here. To quote an employee “here in Lawrence most of the cars we rent go on i70 so it’s assumed you will add the car to your ktag” and to also quote “I rent out to 50 people a day(not a high number of customers but alright) I can’t be expected to warn them all about the fees we add” and he also claimed at first enterprise doesn’t charge any fees but after I told him I’m getting charged triple what the tolls was he claimed they do add fees.
