Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The key fob would not work consistently on the Mazda I rented from Layton, UT Enterprise rental. It also pulled to the right. I took it to Enterprise in Garden, ID. Kristi Wherry took GREAT care of me & gave us a different car (Hyundai Sonata) & it was PERFECT! I ALWAYS get AWESOME service from Enterprise. Kristi deserves highest praise for her SUPERB customer service. Also, Alex VanDyke gave equally GREAT service taking care of me when we returned the car to Layton, UT Enterprise rental. Please ensure they receive commendations for their OUTSTANDING service. I will always rent only from Enterprise thanks to them.

I rent cars almost every month, and this Enterprise branch has consistently been at the top. The staff is always professional, friendly, and efficient, making the whole process quick and stress-free every time. The vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready when promised. What really stands out is the customer service — they genuinely care and make you feel valued as a repeat customer. Because of this branch, Enterprise remains my first choice whenever I need a rental. Highly recommended.

I came here to rent a car and had already checked everything on the website beforehand. The car I wanted was listed as available at the time I selected. I even paid $30 for a taxi to get here. However, when I arrived, they told me that the website “update” has nothing to do with them and that all cars were already taken. Instead, they tried to push a different car that costs $130 per day. This is a serious scam and a very unprofessional way of doing business. They clearly do not manage their availability properly and waste customers’ time and money. I do not recommend this place.

The team here is really top notch. Bailey and both Matt’s were awesome! Both times I came in it was quite busy and they handled everyone like a well oiled machine. They were also able to seamlessly take care of some issues that had come up with my reservation and left me completely satisfied.
