I arrived a little before 2:00 and my rental was clean, filled up and waiting for me. Mathew showed me all the features of the vehicle and answered all my questions with a friendly attitude. He was very friendly and did a great job.
Excellent employees, New well-maintained vehicles. Reasonable prices. Local office that can pick you up if needed to accept the rental & return you home after the rental is returned. Peace of mind while traveling. What more can we need? I will always rent from Enterprise.
What a wonderful experience Enterprise made. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, friendly, polite, and informative. And genuine. They were not nice for the job - they were NICE. And kind. From now on, I will pass by Hertz at the airport and head straight to Enterprise!
Customer service was excellent. Prices are expensive but what isnt expensive
One star for the car being ready on the day of rental but other then that return security deposit is not good for business we where told to wait 3 day but 4 days passed and was told to wait 24 hours or 2 to 3 weeks this is bad business I will never rent there again ever and I got family who will not rent there too
