Today was 50% off customer appreciation day! So amazing price to get an oil change. They were slammed but even with new crew members got my vehicle taken care of in a timely manner and got my tires aired up for me! The manager was a good dude . 10/10 recommend.
Fast curtious service. They were willing to go the extra mile to help me fix my window washer nozel to spray correctly, without additional charges. Great group of men.
The service was great, quick and professional. The Lebanon, KY location is one of the best quick oil changing stations I have used.
They were able to get my oil changed quickly. No long lines. The service staff were so polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They let me know about their promotions and didn’t try to cheat me by selling me something I didn’t need (Jiffylube made me say no to 8-9 add ons, which was exhausting). Overall 10/10 experience.
The staff at valvoline were very friendly and quick, but careful! I felt good as a customer. They helped me with my window wipers and helped with all the questions I had. Great job!
