Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff at this location are really friendly and don't mind explaining things. The cars are always full and clean. Great price for a week and 3 days less than 500... The hold is released same day with a credit card. Literally took 5 min for the funds to be released.

Had to give a HUGE shout out to Enterprise, Leesburg location. I’ve been renting a vehicle from Enterprise since the first week of November until I replace my vehicle. Enterprise is typically my go-to for all my travel needs. My first rental, they upgraded me at no charge because my vehicle class wasn’t available. I had a brand new 2026 Jeep Runicon and kept it for 2 weeks. I ended up trading it in for a Rav-4, (since I’m too short to get in and out of the Jeep) which they switched me out in less than 10 minutes with no hassle. I was traveling over the Thanksgiving holiday and I asked if I could drop it off at MCO before my flight instead of Leesburg. If you NEED a rental car, DO NOT BOTHER WITH ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR OF LEESBURG, FL. They have hired a terrible manager, they have idiotic policies or require corporate supervision, AND their telephone system is nearly useless. Yesterday, a dealership had reserved a car at Enterprise for me to get today. Enterprise told them they wouldn’t have a car available until around noon. After wasting hours trying to call them and an hour drive to their location just before closing time, NO CAR TODAY! When the counter agent told me that they gave away my reservation and they didn’t have any cars ready, he said it was because I had an appointment at noon and missed it. I had no appointment. Very friendly employees and amazing customer service! They were quick, getting me in and out. The vehicle was clean and I had absolutely no issues! Much better than budget down the street. I was assisted by Lance and another gentleman and they were incredible!

I use enterprise almost religiously, literally at least once every single month. This location has yet to impress. They NEVER, doesn’t matter if reservation is 1 year before or 1 hour, have a car ready when I arrive. Always a “give us 5 mins” and 15 mins I’m lucky if it’s ready. The other complaint is that I’m waiting for these vehicles to be made available because they are “cleaning” them, but I’ve yet to get a decently clean car without an odd smell from here. Most part, all other locations don’t have these problems. They do always have friendly staff though.
