Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Your rental location in Lehighton, PA is awful. The manager there needs to be replaced immediately. He seemed more interested in combing his hair than helping me with my rental. The original car I was supposed to get had a problem with the tailgate latching shut so he gave me a different vehicle. Every time I tried to call with a problem nobody was available to take my call. They are not focused on customer service at all. He tried to pressure me into taking the extra coverage even though my insurance was covering the cost of the rental and insuring it while I had it. I might try a different Enterprise location in the future but definitely not this location again. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the second in

Better than Great ! I was broke down at the Jim Thorpe PA rest stop on August 19th and business was getting ready to close for the day and I was taking a mom, and her three young adults to NY for one of the three to enter college. Connor came to my rescue, he sent Frank to pick me up in a large SUV so that I could make sure all of the college bound rooming items could fit. When we arrived at the office, a larger SUV happened to be dropped off. Knowing I was broke down, knowing I had to have my vehicle towed back to NJ, Connor offered me the larger SUV for the same price to be sure I could transfer & fit all of the college bound kiddos items. Then after I finished the paperwork, he said it was almost ready for me to take, they cleaned it and at this point, it was past closing time and they

We arrived on time. 8am. Car wasn't ready until 8:30 because they wanted to make sure it was "real clean" for us. The car is not super clean. They said the vehicle had 3/4 tank of gas. The tank was 3/4 empty. The front passenger door will not open from the inside. We didn't know until we were already on the road, trying to leave the area before a storm hits. Called the store EIGHT times. Waited several times for someone to answer. No answer. Gave up. Pay Enterprise prices, get Budget service. Very disappointed. Never had this problem at this location before.

Charges kept being added with no explanation, and attempts were made to charge my card without providing any answers. The car was returned on 1/10, yet I was charged again on 2/6. When I called for clarification, the manager had zero answers, became loud, and ultimately hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional, poorly managed, and stressful to deal with. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Enterprise rental in Lehighton PA is the best. Friendly and helpful staff. Ask for Connor.
