Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was our first time renting for a road trip. The intake was super simple and the intake specialist was wonderful. The van we got was super comfortable, clean and had all the bells and whistles. We drove from Pennsylvania to Massachusetts with no issues and in comfort. We will definitely be renting from here again for any future travel needs.

Enterprise is my go-to for rental cars because of their reliability. I never have to worry about a car not being available when it's time to pick it up, which is something I've experienced with other rental services. Their cars are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful.

TWO MONTHS after I returned a rental car, which was paid for by another driver's insurance, I received a $121 charge from Enterprise on my credit card. No notice or explanation as to what it was for. The car was covered in scratches and stunk like cigarettes when I received it so there's no way the charge could have been for damages, especially two months after the fact (I barely drove the car and certainly did not damage it). Beware of this place!

I’ve rent a SUV for Labour day weekend over week in advance for 3 days (pick up on Friday and Drop off on Monday) but they said they’ll charge me for 4 days as Monday is holiday. However, other location does not do that as they’ve Drop of box too. This is way to take more money from customer!! Be aware!! If you didn’t use it you don’t pay!

The Levittown, PA Enterprise rental office rocks!! We were treated with kindness and respect, making Enterprise our go to for our next rental car!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
