Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I find it hard to share anything positive about Enterprise. The vehicle I rented reeked of pot smoke. In good faith, I tried my best to air out the vehicle. But when my daughter commented on the smell the following day, I was genuinely unable to use the vehicle for several days of my weekend rental. The rental was intended to replace my main transportation while it was in the shop, but I managed to return the car a bit early. They were not open over the weekend so I did reach out to customer support. They stated that they would make a note and have the local branch manager call me on Monday. I did not receive a call so I called them. When I requested a refund, they seem surprised/unaware. Only a small portion was returned. I have to say I was very disappointed overall.

Very happy with my experience. Easy process friendly efficient people. Returned to Sara who was really nice and everyone I spoke to there was too. I had to wait for my ride afterwards and watched several customers come and go. All were dealt with quickly and pleasantly. Highly recommend

I’m got reservation online for BMW or Audi at 10 am for next day. got e-mail&phone call to confirm about 3:30pm (the day before) make sure someone will pick me up at Auto Body repair. 10:10am(late 10 minute) I’m called for checked but nobody pickup the phone call till 10:30am and he said nobody available for pick me up(by no notice anything just let customers waiting late 30 minutes) I am very disappointed that I did not get the car that I reserved on the website which you said was available for me at this branch. Why do you do business by tricking customers into coming to you to sell them something they do not want? I have no choice but to accept a car that I did not reserve or want.
