Over the past few years, I’ve had to get body work done on my Prius three times. (Someone backed into me once, a branch fell on my roof, and something else happened that has slipped my mind.) I worked with Jimmy every time, and it was a real pleasure. He is such a good guy and so enjoyable. Honest, conscientious, and low key, with a quiet sense of humor. He really cares about getting things right—always going the extra mile—but he tries to save me money in the process. Thanks to him, my ten-year-old car looks like it just came out of the showroom. Five stars really aren’t enough.

Drop my car off on short notice Monday, luckily I had good timing. Needed a bumper, grill, and driver side headlight. They finished before the weekend. Friday evening I got it :) Checked everything, the car was detailed, paint looked great, super happy, but turns out they forgot to replace a cover under the hood. I mentioned it and the took care of me immediately. A couple clips later, on my way..Very kind and mostly friendly my whole experience. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for good, quality service.

I needed a tow recently when I got a flat (no spare!). Mal's towing arrived promptly, the driver was very pleasant and careful with my car. They brought my car to the tire shop, and we were done. Grateful for the simple process during a stressful event.
