Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Excellent customer service but nasty car! We were told seats were professionally cleaned. That’s absolutely untrue. They were disgusting. Even my 6 year old son said ‘ew gross’ when he opened the car door to get in. There was also some kind of food or drink slung on the dash. If the car was cleaned properly there wouldn’t be residue of any kind. I understand fully that they are trying to get folks in a vehicle as quickly as possible but this was so unacceptable. The staff were very friendly and kind though.

Excellent experience at Enterprise, Lexington, NC. Friendly and professional personel. They called and allowed me to pick up the van a day early without charge to avoid delays. They were booked solid the next day. There was a 3 hour discrepancy between my requested return time and the contract's stated return time. They honored the requested time without charge. I was willing to pay the difference, but in the end my full deposit was refunded. That was a pleasant surprise.

FANTASTIC!!! I will never go to any other enterprise except Lexington's! I am a bigger gal( more to love) and requested a larger vehicle (Chrysler van) and they accommodated that and made sure I was comfortable. Super friendly and had the BEST personalities! HIGHLY recommend

After my car was totaled by a herd of deer I had to rent a car while shopping for a new one. I rented in Greensboro and found my new car in Lexington. I had to make a couple trips and rented twice, two different vehicles. I was able to turn in the vehicle in Lexington and even given a lift back to the car lot. I couldn't have been more pleased with the vehicle and the service. And the staff at both locations were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks!

This is the second time I have made reservations online, months in advance, only to show up and what I reserved was not available. Actually, it was available, sitting in the parking lot but because it was 2 HOURS after the time I reserved it for, they released it to be picked up by someone else. I was even in the office the evening before at closing to pick up the truck but because I did not have a major credit card physically on hand, he refused to rent it. Fine, I will be back first thing in the morning. I will readjust my plans. I arrive 2 hours after opening and was refused the truck I reserved. Someone else was on the way to get it. I was there. Standing, in front of the counter. Trying to pay for the truck, in which I reserved and was the sole reason it was sitting in the parking lot
