Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I want to give a huge thank you to Jeff at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Lexington for his exceptional service. My car was in the body shop for three months at Joe Collision after it was hit by a deer in Virginia, so having a rental was absolutely necessary. Jeff quickly notified me that my insurance had changed the daily rental rate from $34 to $31, which could have left me responsible for nearly $500 in extra fees. He handled everything in less than five minutes and made sure I wasn’t stuck with unexpected charges. Thank you, Jeff, and thank you to Enterprise for such outstanding customer care! Jeb is awesome. Needed a rental for insurance and he was great. Super nice, thoroughly answered all the questions I had. He made the experience simple and easy! the truck I had was awesome and I had 0 issues with it. while I didn't use the after hours drop box, it's very convenient.

Worst enterprise in the state of VA. The workers are as helpful as the paint peeling from the wall. We got our rental booked at 3pm and strictly had a meeting we had to get to. Well the workers sold all the cars irresponsibly and had me sit and wait until 5pm for another car to return. I missed a meeting and I had a make up meeting the day of returning the vehicle and was told I would be charged another day due to being an hour late when they were 2 HOURS LATE. Disgusting I will never be back stick to local rental shops.

Terrible. I rented a car here in October with no issues, but when I tried again last week, they suddenly enforced a “must live within 50 miles” policy that was never mentioned before. I showed proof of paying rent in Lexington and that my job is tied to the university, but apparently that still ‘wasn’t enough.’

Super kind people. Jeb was so nice at helping me adjust my rental as I needed. Definitely will go there if I need a rental in the future.
