Always accommodating your needs.. always good vehicles.. to meet your travel needs.. our honeymoon was so awesome.. loved the van.. so much room.. we put over 3000 miles on it and didn't spend a lot on gas..

If I could give zero stars I would! Needed a vehicle after hitting a deer this morning and the guy was no help. Told us all vehicles were spoken for and good luck. Made no effort to help to see if any other enterprise had other vehicles. Ended up going to a different enterprise and they were very much aware of the lack of service from this guy/enterprise.

The young man who manages the Enterprise office in Livingston was very professional and patient, even with several customers to serve. The car was just what I needed and very clean. The process was smooth from beginning to end. I would use this Enterprise office again if needed.

Added to let me choose rental vehicle for my use. Helped me get more days to get medical appointment done and I bumped up Dr. appt. to make sure I could get over to Livingston to return truck before you closed your office.

I have rented many car in the past from enterprise, different location all over the US, never had a problem until I rented from this location, either they never have the car you searching for and this past time they provided me a car that was either already wrecked or damaged from previous renter it had a busted windshield, but I urgently needed a car for transportation so I took it upon returning the young guy with zero customer skills, said I had damaged the passenger door plastic and one plastic clip broken, no more questions ask, charge me $300 for a plastic clip, are you kidding me? you can look up my history on how many cars I rented with them in the past 15 years and never damage or scratch a car, so I know for sure this was from the previous renter since there was already some da
