Customer service was good at this location at pick up . Drop off not so much it was a lady and gentleman at the counter. The gentleman asked for next in line but the lady took someone that walked in after me although I was standing in line next to be serviced. Now as far as the vehicle! I have never rented such a nasty, filthy vehicle before! This vehicle looked like it was someone’s personal vehicle. Extremely nasty! You guys should not be charging customers $50.00 a day for such trash. It was nasty on the inside key fob barely worked just horrible.

Great customer service! Mike and Alec are very pleasent and always looking out for their customers. I have been dealing with a headache of carport collapse on my car and they have been understanding and accommodating through this whole process. Top tier guys and recommend using this location if you need to rent a vehicle long term or short term!!

From start to finish my Enteprise experience was a Blessing. I needed a rental for several days (Thursday-Wednesday) and the Livonia Enterprise Team was there. I had to rent a vehicle while my van was being worked on. I rented it from Sunday to Thursday. I was a little worried with some of the reviews but Enterprise had the best reviews out of the rentals around. I rented a 2026 Pacifica. The van was immaculate on both the inside and outside. The customer service was outstanding. I dealt with two gentleman and only got the name of Alex but both were amazing. There was zero wait time when picking up and dropping off. I highly recommend this Enterprise for their exceptional customer service and their amazing cars. While I hope I won’t have to rent a vehicle again, if I do, I know I can come here with peace of mind.

I came hear after my car was recently totaled; it was my first accident driving so I was very stressed, in shock, and really just confused about the whole overall process of going through an accident. Insurance, service departments, tow truck yards, etc. They were very kind, helpful, and patient with me. I was very much high anxiety at that point, and they were very aware and helped me through it! If I ever needed to get a rental or if a friend needs to i would recommend from here!!
