Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have rented from the Lock Haven Enterprise twice in the last 2 years, and each time I have been very happy with the customer agents they have working there. When I went in this morning, I had Ryan help me with my rental and I was in and out in 10 minutes. He was fast, smooth, and so kind! Thank you for everything, Ryan!

I ordered a premium vehicle a week in advance! When arriving at 8am for pick up I was told they did not have a vehicle I wanted and I was never called or warned before hand. I had a very long trip planned and was forced to take a very uncomfortable vehicle id never drive again. If it wasn’t for needing to be at a wedding I would have canceled and taken business elsewhere. I was willing to pay the money for a vehicle I wanted to travel in. I was forced to take something I didn’t want and still pay full price. I’ll be sharing my story with everyone I know. Unacceptable shady business. I was late to my wedding event due to the mishap.

My Enterprise rental experience at Lock Haven was fantastic as always. Polite, professional, and efficient. I rent here once every month and I've never had a problem.

The lock haven enterprise makes renting a car honestly an easy and painless experience. Not pushy at all like other places. Which really made a Difference to me. Minus 1 star for not quite the cleanest interior, but in the end absolutely recommend. Would use again if needed without hesitation.

Customer service was top notch. Vehicle was in excellent condition. Price was reasonable. If I ever have transportation issues again, I know exactly where I will go to solve them.
