Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We rented on a Thursday and Enterprise was packed. Had quite a long wait with so many people ahead of us, so we were grateful when Aaron the manager made sure everything was perfect. Said our insurance would cover anything on the lot, but also pointed out a new vehicle that was most like what we typically drive. Gave us his card with his personal cell in case with had an issue 24/7. Check in a couple weeks later was fast and simple.

I needed a rental after my car broke hours from home. Enterprise was the only option anywhere close to where I was, and I was thankful to see it was affordable. Special shout-out to the Logan, UT office, who very kindly waited a few moments past closing for me to pick up the car- I would have been stranded for another night otherwise! I got to sleep in my own bed and return to work the following day thanks to their act of kindness, which helped turn around what was otherwise a pretty miserable weekend of car trouble and last-minute reservations.

While the car itself was also great, and the staff was friendly, I wanted to specifically leave this review to compliment the manager, Aaron, as he helped navigate a situation that wouldn’t have been taken care of otherwise. Absolutely above and beyond customer service. I recommend this Logan, Utah location heavily!

I often got cars that were lower models than I booked and paid for. Recently, I booked a midsize SUV AWD car and got a Jeep Compass, which is in compact crossover catagory. While I still had to pay as I booked. There is no snow sweeper, even it is in winter.

Just absolute garbage— I know this is the only place to rent in the area but dang drive the extra miles and rent somewhere else. Oh and God forbid you drop it off after hours because they’ll come up with the most ridiculous excuse to grab your money and file a claim but refuse to talk to you about it for 3 months. We dropped a vehicle off there on a Friday evening, Saturday they are open and the associate (great guy— not giving his name) told me that they do review cars on Saturday and looked over THE CAR WE RENTED and “didn’t see anything wrong with the windshield that day” but come Tuesday I get a call and there’s a “crack all the way across the windshield” and now it’s our fault? Wouldn’t send us pictures, wouldn’t let us go see the vehicle as it’s “already in the shop” and now fighting
