Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I would give No Stars, but it makes you select one. Received a call as I was on my way to pick up the Grand Wagoneer( I reserved it 2 weeks ago) to let me know it was not there. We literally leave for the trip in hours with a car load and they offer a vehicle that can't accommodate us. Poor customer service! Especially, calling 5 minutes before pick-up. Enterprise, you need to do better and you just lost a ton of business.

I needed to rent a vehicle recently unexpectantly. I had a really good experience with this location, and then the general manager or store manager followed up with me to see that everything was all good with my experience with them. Great customer service.

Went to enterprise Loganville to pick up a reserved vehicle only to find out that they list extra fees in small print on their website. I told Ryan the manager in a business tone that putting fees in fine print was a sucky policy. After Uber in to enterprise, I found it was cheaper to stay there instead of Uber eat all the way to Snellville to pick up from a different company I went back in and Ryan said he refused to rent to me because I disrespected them when I said they sucked. I fully believe that fees or anything in fine. Print is a sucky policy. And Ryan's refusal to rent to me even though I never argued or raised, my voice cost me a lot of money and I will never go there again. Read the fine print and read the reviews. Ryan doesn't deserve the job he has.

EXCELLENT New Leadership! I am a loyal customer to the Loganville branch and Lee has renewed my devotion! I had the pleasure of meeting Lee in person on the morning of 10/03/25 and appreciate his warm welcome! To add, I sincerely appreciate the efforts made to have my rental available sooner than my original pick up time. And I shall not forget to mention how PLEASED and IMPRESSED I am with the new fleet options! I also appreciate the staff member who processed my request on-site Friday morning! I am unable to recall his name, but he has processed several of my reservations in the past and has ALWAYS shown kindness and professionalism! The organization should be SO proud of the way these two gentlemen are representing the Enterprise brand!!! Phenomenal Customer Service! Exceptional Profe

Loganville, GA ENTERPRISE AUTO. Exceptional service and pleasant personnel made our rental experience a breeze. The vehicle they offered was clean and in great condition. But the best experience was the personnel at the rental site. They are the reason I am writing this piece since I haven’t experienced such pleasant and caring folks in the service business in quite some time. Management and staff we’re assume!
