Great experience, Nathan and the 2 ladies in Lufkin TX office went above and beyond to make it happen. I am completely satisfied customer now! I booked a reservation day before i needed to take a trip to see my daughter and grandbaby , due to such short notice this guys went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle that i requested and got me out of the door fairy quickly. This rental location was excellent. I was in a nightmare scenario with my dealer and we had to have a car. Nathan took excellent care of us and put us in a great vehicle while ours was being worked on. These folks understand the customer perspective and made the process completely painless. I will definitely use them again.

The Hyundai Elantra rental was a very good vehicle and got fantastic fuel mileage. The office was able to get a minor repair done a after I ran over piece of metal on the road. Especially since they did not have any other vehicles available.
