We travel from Virginia to Connecticut several times a year and use Enterprise locations on Old Forest Road in Virginia, on Colman Street in New London Connecticut, and the Enterprise in Old Saybrook Connecticut. We highly recommend all three locations. There is another location in Lynchburg Virginia on Graves Mill Road and that location is also excellent. We've only had one minor issue with a vehicle in 16 years of using Enterprise. When we did have the issue we called, the response was immediate and we were back on the road within an hour. That is because they have so many locations across the country. The cars are clean, newer models and the staff in all four Enterprise locations we've used are customer service oriented. We use Enterprise exclusively.

I got a reasonably priced small car to rent for a few days. I also appreciated the helpful and quick service that was provided.
