We had an amazing experience at Enterprise in Malden! After our original rental was canceled the morning of our trip and every other location closer to Boston was completely sold out, Alan, Ray and Jeff went above and beyond to help us out. They found us a wonderful car when we were completely out of options and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Truly stellar customer service, we’re so grateful for their kindness and professionalism! Highly recommend this location.

Great experience renting at the Enterprise Commercial Street in Malden location. I worked with Sebastien Antoine, who was knowledgeable, professional and more than accommodating. When my first choice for a vehicle wasn’t available he did his best to get me the best option for my travel needs. He was also generous with his time and answered all my questions patiently.
