Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had an exceptional experience at the Manchester/Boston regional airport Enterprise Car Rental agency. The woman who helped us was amazing she got us upgraded to a nicer vehicle with no extra charge. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. The return process was great and could not have been any easier and the gentleman who helped me was awesome. Kudos to Enterprise for having such a great team Thank You 😊

We had called this location 3 times and they confirmed that we could use a debit card due to the fact that we had a round trip. We then called 2 more times to confirm that we would be able to use a cash app debit card in order to pay for the rental car. When we arrived at the airport to pick the vehicle up, they then said that they denied the card due to it being a cash app card. We spoke with the manager, and he ended up being very rude to my husband, and said that he was done talking to him, and that they do not have to help us. They then called the police at the airport. The police came to talk to my husband and I and confirmed that this manager was being incredibly rude, and had no grounds to call because we had done nothing wrong. I had a great experience with a recent rental and every time I rent from Enterprise! Great Vehicle this time and anytime I rent. Prices were fair and checking/out was easy Peasy !

The folks in Manchester are typical of New England people. Will do anything for you especially when in a bind like we were. Great service as usual from Enterprise.
