SCAM - ROBBED MY BANK ACCOUNT for fraudulent charges! Received several bogus, spam emails showing various amounts for a fine stating the rental car was caught on camera speeding in Virginia (out of state) when we never left PA - used the car only to go to work & back. They send photos that were 95% blacked out, couldn't even tell it was a car! The total mileage on the car wasn't enough to make the trip to VA! I'm disputing the charge thru my bank, contacted the Better Business Bureau & made appt with my lawyer to sue for lost wages & mental stress this is causing us! We have security video evidence that shows where the car was day & night. A quick internet search shows this a frequent, widespread SCAM. People at this location were super friendly. I had an issue with low tire pressure in two tires. One was 5 psi under pressure and one of the tires made a thumping sound at low speed. I thought this should have been caught and fixed before I ever took the car. Made me feel unsafe as I was a single female traveling alone.

The Mansfield, PA location did a great job of ensuring that the vehicle we requested was available. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, Jason the Branch Manager was quick to assist us and go over everything that we needed to know. He answered all the questions we asked and made sure we were good to go. Open returning the vehicle, the young man was quick to assist us and in a few minutes we were finished. Everything was sent right to our email.

The Mansfield PA team did a great job during our rental process. We needed a car due to deer damage and they worked with our needs very well.

My experience was fabulous. I enjoyed my rental vehicle. Everything went well.
