Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Every single time I go to this location I swear they attempt to put me in the smallest most inconvenient vehicle they have, and this one doesn’t even have hub caps! I typically have to go Longview, TX to rent a vehicle because they are friendly and professional. The employee Chris got offended when I expressed my distaste in the vehicle and then refused my service. Get this, I booked this through a corporate account for work! Not only were the staff rude, dismissive, and unprofessional but I may have to drive to Shreveport, LA for a vehicle! This was the last time for this type of mistreatment and the second complaint I’ve made on this site location. This is why I think it’s personal and the vehicle selection was strategic. I need the regional and general manager to contact me ASAP!

I was able to do all paperwork easily online. When we went to pick up car, we finished with showing ID and insurance. Corey quickly showed us what insurance we could add for a nominal fee. We were out of there with the car in very little time. When we took the car back, Corey once again made the return quick and easy! We will use Enterprise in Marshall again!

Horrible Location to rent a vehicle! Scamming consumers and not producing the vehicles originally reserved for Insurance Claims who in their right mind would willing want to rent a car after an accident for an additional $20 a day when we pay for insurance to cover the cost! The branch manager Daphne lies to the insurance company and they do not return calls or text messages about the vehicle. Longview Location has ALWAYS been the better option!

I had a reservation, but they had no cars. It turns out, it didn't matter because they weren't going to take my credit card or rent to me because i didn't have my insurance card. I'm an enterprise member and my insurance is on file....she responded very snottily with "we don't keep that information....you could change it"....which is true, but since I did all the checkin crap before I went up there, it should've been retained for at least that long. Overall, the "only person here" was rude and they don't honor reservations. 2nd bad experience with Enterprise in as many days. They used to be the go-to....now they're the last resort.

I was treated with kindness and given a newer vehicle than what I owned. I interacted with three different employees and they all had friendliness in common.
