This location is amazing they always have rentals available if you book ahead of time. The staff are awesome and friendly I’m always in and out and I’m never there more than 10 minutes. I used to go to the location on Walton Way service is HORRIBLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bobby Jones location. Rentals fuel is always FULL clean inside and out. I returned a rental vehicle to this Enterprise location yesterday, fully cleaned and with a full tank of gas, despite a minor insurance mix-up that had nothing to do with me personally (the rental was originally arranged through my ex-husband and insurance). I arrived around 4:50 PM and was left waiting until after 6:00 PM while employees finished their shifts. One by one, they watched me standing there and then left for the day, ultimately locking up and leaving me alone in a dark parking lot. Enterprise claims they offer courtesy rides. However, I was told they would not allow an employee to work a few extra minutes of overtime to provide one—essentially punishing me for a situation I did not cause. If I could give this place 1 star I would! The assistant manager Zack treated me like absolute garbage. He refused to give me a refund for a "free" upgrade that I told him I did NOT want and proceeded to say I said things that were 100% untrue! Also, tried to have my insurance pay for his mistake for inputting the upgrade information in their system incorrectly and when my insurance called him on his mistake admitted he made the mistake but said I'm responsible for paying for it since my insurance wouldn't cover it. He wouldn't provide either myself or my insurance agent a contact number for a superior manager. He refused to correct his mistake. Tyberius and Justice were A-mazing!! Reserved a Jeep Wagoneer a month out, was notified by Tyberius that it had a recall and it would set our trip back. 3.5 hours later Tyberius was able to secure the Jeep from Milton Reuben, and Justice dropped off the car off at our house. We were able to get to Tennessee late and was able to check in to our rental home. Their patience, and commitment was evident as he gave me 30 minute updates until my family was able to get on the road.
