Daniela is very kind and genuine person! She was trying her best to give me a car i asked for, couple days later Sophia was making sure we get the clean and almost brand new Blazer for our trip! The car itself was super safe and reliable for our trip and of course I cannot thank enough to Ava she made sure the car came back the way it was , she is constantly smiling and making sure customers are happy! Was greatful that Jason at the Mechanicsburg store was proactive in helping me with an alternate rental last week. The car I was supposed to get had been smoked in and smelled really bad. He asked me about my needs and how many passengers/ pieces of luggage I needed room for and we found another vehicle that worked great. Really appreciated his help and professionalism! Well done!

I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car! The employees were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated that they reached out ahead of time to let me know exactly which documents I would need to bring. Thanks to that, everything went quickly and efficiently when I arrived. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and understood all the details of my rental. Their customer service was top-notch, and their positive attitude made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be renting from this location again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a seamless rental process!

Update: in had another loaner car. It needed an oil change. Enterprise had me go change the oil in the loaner car. I was told they couldn't switch out the car i have. I made an appointment in Dillsburg at Mavis Tire. Had the oil change in the loaner car. I had a great experience with this rental company. Because my car had been damaged by a deer, I got to rent a brand-new 2022 Nissan. It was good in the snow. Great on gas. Heated seats and steering wheel. The staff was very helpful.

Enjoyed a seamless service at Enterprise! The gentleman who picked me up from the collision shop was very kind, I believe his name is Don. Sophia checked me in and set me up in a new Elantra, which I really enjoyed driving. She was thorough in explaining all the need-to-knows about renting. Then, Jake cheerfully greeted me upon checkout and got me back to my car right away. His energy at 8am is exactly the kind of service I’m looking for! The only minor critique I can share is that the floors could use a good vacuum/mop where customers enter - top notch service should be matched with a clean space. I’ll be back if I ever need a rental!
