Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I travel for work and have rented a car from this location almost once a month for the past year and a half so I have a lot of experience with them. The customer service here is fantastic, I’m always greeted with a smile and they always make sure I have everything I need. They give me a ride to and from my house each time as well which is really helpful! My only complaints are that I’ve gotten a couple cars that smell like smoke, but when I request a different car they happily offer me another one without smoke. They also don’t always have the car that I book. I’m generally upgraded to a nicer car, and I don’t mind, but I can see how it may be frustrating to book a specific car and then not get it. Overall this branch is great and I would definitely recommend them!

We had to have a sudden/unexpected rental. The process was easy, the staff at this location was very nice. They were very busy that day, but handled everyone well. We will use this rental again if needed.

I had an amazing experience with this location from start to finish. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I absolutely loved the car and got my refund promptly. I forgot something in the trunk and a week later picked it up. I would definitely rent a car from this location again.

Super cool and fast work here. Jessica was awesome. Was in and out with my car in under 10 minutes.

Apparently, when you have a confirmed reservation, it is neither confirmed nor reserved, as other reviewers have pointed out. At least they called me before I drove over there. What is the point of having an online reservation system if it does nothing?
