I had the pleasure of renting a SUV from Enterprise recently, and I was thoroughly impressed by their service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly accommodating, making sure all my needs were met and answering all my questions with patience. The process was smooth and efficient, and they made me feel like a valued customer every step of the way. The Wagoneer was in excellent condition, clean, and ready for the road, and the staff took the time to explain everything clearly, from the vehicle's features to the rental terms. This location us always BUSY BUSY BUSY! Sometimes you have to wait in a line to be helped by these folks. HOWEVER, ( and it's a big "however") I think the reason they are so busy is because everyone likes to come here for their car rental needs. I mean, they are literally a pleasure to work with! Always professional, & extremely pleasant, the good folks who work here are way above the typical level of customer service one encounters these days at other businesses. The car I rented was clean, and ran well. I will be going to this place in the future if I ever need to rent a car again. Kudos!!

I went on a 6 days road trip with my girlfriend across the American West and drove a total of 3,164 miles. The car (Kia forte) performed perfectly the entire time, no issues at all. It was very comfortable to drive, and the lane-keeping and cruise-control features were incredibly helpful for long distances. The A/C and heating also worked great. Picking up the car was very easy, and returning it was just as simple. The staff were very accommodating, although they closed at 6:00 PM and I arrived a bit late, they still allowed me to return the car at 6:20 PM. I really appreciate their team’s kindness. If I ever need to rent a car again, I won’t hesitate to choose this company

The store manager at the Mesa branch was awesome. Even though he was super busy and short staffed with a line out the door, he got me in my rental car in a timely manner. I love the text messages that keep you updated on your rental and allow you to extend it if you need to or change the return time. It was a nice car and a great experience thank you Enterprise and thank you Sean

Keenan at this location is so amazing! Another company gave my rental away and I booked a new one and I called this location to make sure theyd have a vehicle. Keegan assured me that he'd have me in and out in no time. When I arrived. He tended to my every concern and had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. I was already running late for my trip, but Keenan made sure I wasn't falling anymore behind than I already had. He gets 10 stars from me. He needs a raise!
