Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I received the rental below the full fuel level but the contract reflected the tank was full. I asked the employee to change it on the contract & the employee told me it’s ok, & to return it at that same level. I couldn’t trust his word and asked him to update the contract. He said he’d make a note but he didn’t. I returned it on full and sure enough he wasn’t at the location had I returned it less than full. Lastly, as soon as I got on the road to head to my destination the engine oil light came on & remained on the duration of my 4 day trip out of town.

Best enterprise ever. We have always rented from here and never had a bad experience. Even the guys in there made a bet that we were still coming to get our rental at almost closing time. The guy lost and had to do push-ups cause we showed up! Very good communication and they actually listen to you when you want a specific vehicle thats in your budget.

Enterprise was very easy to work with! We were able to modify our reservation easily when our car took longer to be ready at the mechanic. Would definitely recommend!

Was hit by a insured motorist and it wrecked my whole week. Geico made the experience EXTREMELY easy by booking me a rental car. Coming to enterprise was even better. Coryell checked me out and made the experience TOP TIER SEAMLESS! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN A WHILE!!!! I am IMPRESSED! Everyone was happy and all smiles, just made the experience better and it actually cheered me up! The guys were extremely helpful and professional. Easy to deal with and thorough. I appreciated the follow up call the next week to let me know that insurance got them squared away and they were closing me out.
