Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I wish I could give 0 stars, but unfortunately that’s not an option. We reserved our car online in advance, expecting the vehicle to be ready when we arrived. When we got there, we waited over an hour just to be told that the car we reserved was not available. A complete waste of our time. If the car wasn’t available, they should have informed us before we arrived instead of making us wait. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. What’s the point of making a reservation if the car isn’t guaranteed? Very disappointing experience. Never again.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Very poor customer service. They have made charges on my account without my authorization a month after I rented the vehicle. They will leave you on hold for an hour and then hang up. Even when speaking to the district manager, they are as clueless as the employees at this location. I don’t understand how they charge customers and then not know what The charges are for in their own system. Very fraudulent. If you can go to any other location, Highly suggest you to do so. On top of the fact that all the vehicles they offer you either smell like cigarettes have roaches or are very dirty. Great experience every time. The Enterprise workers here are always professional, friendly, and efficient. The ladies at the front desk are especially helpful and welcoming. I gave it a one star because I don’t have the option of giving it a negative 1 star. I rented a pick up truck last Thursday from the Miami Lakes, Florida location. I rented a specific car for specific needs. I rented this car for almost a week. On Saturday morning, the check engine came on with Strong shaking of the car. It almost felt like the car was going to turn off. I was heading south on I 95. When I picked up this rental I was told it was brand new and that it only had 2,000 miles. On Saturday morning, I reached out to the Miami Lakes office where I picked up the truck and was told that this issue needed to be handled by roadside assistance. I had an excellent experience with Enterprise, and I especially want to recognize Amber Rethage for going above and beyond. She did me a huge favor by ensuring I had a car available so I could make it to a funeral on time. During an already difficult moment, her kindness, professionalism, and sense of urgency truly meant more than she knows. Amber was compassionate, helpful, and efficient, and she made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Because of her, I will absolutely continue using Enterprise and highly recommend this location to others.
