Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have used rental car agencies for years, mostly due to work travel, but also for personal use. Enterprise in Middletown CT was absolutely great. The online reservation was a breeze. In person, the Branch Manager, Emma was prompt in greeting us with the other agent was helping another customer. She was polite, supportive, and professional The cars were exactly what we were looking for. They had low miles, were very comfortable, and able to support the size group we had. Returning the cars was also a snap. If you’re looking for a rental car in the Middletown CT area, then look no further than Enterprise.

I needed a car for a few weeks and Enterprise was nearby, so I gave them a try. The Nissan I rented was clean and well maintained. I recommend them highly. The people who worked there were efficient and thorough.

Terrible Experience-Avoid This Place at All Costs! I pre-booked a rental care well in advance, only to arrive and be told that no cars were available. This was shocking since I could clearly see an entire fleet of cars sitting right there in the lot. When I politely asked about it, the customer service rep, Julia, was incredibly rude and condescending. Instead of trying to help or explain, she went out of her way to make the experience as unpleasant as possible. Her attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. I have rented cars from many companies before and have never encountered such dismissive and unhelpful service. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere - this location clearly doesn't value customers or their time.
